JULY 8, 2020 UPDATED RESIDENTIAL SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXIDE INSPECTION (26f) GUIDELINES

Concord Fire will resume 26f inspections on Monday, July 13, 2020.  As we resume inspections please note that our fire prevention staff will be conducting 26f inspections on Monday and Tuesday afternoons; 1:30pm, 2:15pm, 3:00pm, and 3:45pm.  

Inspections for real estate transaction that occurred while the Governors order was in effect will be performed on Fridays between 8am and 4pm until we have caught up.

If you had a closing during this period and notified us, you will be contacted soon to schedule the inspection.  If you have not notified of a closing that occurred, please do so as soon as possible so that we can get you scheduled for an inspection.
