Joseph Peters entered the Marine Corps right out of high school, and in 1950 was sent into Korea. His unit got nearly to the Yalu River on the border of China, in bitter December cold. Here he tells about the night the Chinese communist troops hurtled over the border and attacked his division at the Chosen Reservoir, North Korea.
