Information: Residential Property Tax Exemption

News and Notices Posted on November 24, 2025 | Last Updated on November 24, 2025

Residential Property Tax Exemption

Current exemption recipients

If you filed for and received the Residential Exemption in FY2024 or FY2025, you do not need to to re-apply for FY2026 as you will be automatically enrolled in the program.

Please check your 3rd or 4th quarter tax bill, for FY2025, to verify that you received the exemption.  Look in the middle section of your FY2025 3rd or 4th quarter tax bill to see if a deduction was taken off 1 or both quarters, which will indicate you received the exemption for FY2025.

New Applicants

New applicants can find information about the program and the application process on the Assessor's page.
