1. If we subscribe to "Entry" level service will it be possible to upgrade to "High Speed" without incurring additional fees?

Yes, it is possible to upgrade at any time, and changes in service (with the exception of physical relocation of the fiber optic cable itself) will be done without charge.

If you choose to move up or down in the service level offerings, all it will take is a phone call to the Municipal Light Plant and we can take care of it within 24 hours.

2. If I signed up for the email, am I automatically signed up for this service?

No. The email service is our way to communicate project milestones and when the service will be available. When the service does become available, more information is required on the sign up form than was requested in the email sign up.

3. Will my billing cycle change?

If you have a bi-monthly billing cycle, this will change to monthly billing and you will be billed towards the end of the month.

Please note the first billing after your billing cycle is changed may be either more or less than your normal billing based on number of days between meter readings, but will even out the following month.
