An act authorizing the town of Concord to appropriate and pay all or a portion of the cost of hospitalization insurance for its employees. Be it enacted, etc., as follows:

Section 1.

The Town of Concord is hereby authorized to appropriate and pay all or a portion of the cost of group hospitalization insurance for its employees;

Section 2.

This act shall take full effect upon its acceptance by a majority of the registered voters of the Town of Concord voting thereon at an annual or special town meeting, but not otherwise.
