Please keep in mind, that the rates going into effect of April of 2026 are Phase I rates with a smaller differential between the tiers to allow customers to get accustomed to the new billing structure and put in please any measures they wish to shift load away from the peak. Phase II rates will likely go into effect in 2027 and will have a larger differential between time periods.
