Effective January 1, 2026 the Town will be transitioning its Life/Voluntary Life/LTD plans from The Guardian to The Standard. This change in provider will offer the same level of benefits at a lower cost to employees.
If you are already enrolled in Guardian coverages, no action is required on your part at this time. You will be auto migrated over to the new carrier, The Standard, effective January 1st.
