It can be accessed through this link, 2024-Budget-Book (concordma.gov), or by going to the Town website at concordma.gov and navigating to the Finance Department page, then to Budget Books, and to General Fund Budgets, and clicking on 2024. There, you will see a link to 2024 Budget Book.
