[ARCHIVED] Emergency Broadband Splitter Repair (Service Impacting) - 9/12/2024 at 5am

A defective fiber splitter at a convergence cabinet needs to be replaced at 5am on Thursday, September 12, 2024. This will impact 52 customers near Annursnac Hill on the following streets:

Annursnac Hill Rd
College Rd
Crowell Farm Rd
Finigan Way
Isaac Davis Rd
Strawberry Hill Rd
Temple Rd
Whits End Rd.

Service will be impacted for about 2 hours for these customers only. Your ONT or home service may show offline; please do not unplug any equipment as it will come up immediately after the new splitter is installed.
