The National Weather Service has issued an extreme heat warning/heat advisory for our area for Monday, June 23 and Tuesday, June 24 where heat index values are expected to be between 100 to 110 degrees with continued high humidity.
- Stay hydrated by drinking water
- Slow down and avoid strenuous activity
- Do not leave children or animals in hot cars
- Check on your vulnerable neighbors
