We understand that Concord residents value the aesthetic of a green lawn and make significant investments in their home landscape.

Thanks to a grant from MAPC and the Barr Foundation, Concord has installed three demonstration gardens for residents to see and touch sustainable low-maintenance alternatives to the standard grass lawn.  These gardens will help educate the Town and our residents how the three different alternative perform in our area.
